Return & Refund Policy

At Qimia online shop, we value customer satisfaction and product safety. Due to the hygienic and consumable nature of food supplements, our return and refund policy is defined as follows:

✅ Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product was damaged or defective upon delivery

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging

📌 Customers must notify us within 2 business days of receiving the order and provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns if:

  • The product seal has been opened or tampered with

  • The product has been used (even once)

  • The return request is due to change of mind or personal preference

  • The product was purchased incorrectly by the customer

  • The return request is made after the allowed return period

📦 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and unopened

  • Original packaging, labels, and seals must be intact

  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided

  • The customer must ship the product back and provide a tracking number

🚚 Return Shipping & Costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • In case of a return, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount

  • The customer must return the product within 2 business days after approval

  • A valid tracking number must be shared with our support team

💳 Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method

  • Shipping fees are not refundable, unless the error was on our side
